Thank you Double D for the great evening celebrating our Father's Birthday this Saturday. Making the reservation was easy and they were accommodating. The manager Nicole greeted me and let me set out a few birthday things on the table and took our Cake we brought into the back. The night went on without a hitch, great service...so much food and great service! The Ribeye was fabulous! The prices were great as well! We had a very active yet contained Toddler and they were gracious as went through the night. When it came time for the cake Nicole and the servers surprised us and got all the other guests' attention and everyone sang happy birthday. It was very sweet and we'll be back again!

Yummy, the ribeye and prime rib where cooked perfect, melt in your mouth perfect. By the time you get through the ravioli, the carrot and celery plate the soup the salad your full and have to take your meal home with you. They should turn it around and serve the steak and then serve all the other stuff after. Anyway, the service was okay, not the best, but it was really busy. Inside is super loud at times. If you really want to eat, make a reservation. There is a bar you can get served in, too. 100 bucks for 2 and 2 16oz steaks and alot of food for the price well worth it.

Such a great place. You know you’re somewhere different when you notice the deer antler chandelier. Really a locals place. You have to know it’s here. Worth the drive from anywhere in Humboldt. If you’ve never eaten there, you’re not prepared for the dining experience. First comes the antipasto plate, a fresh loaf of bead, then the raviolis to share, then the soup ( pork pazole today ), then the salad ( yes! Both soup and salad ), and finally the main dish. Go in hungry. We had the filet steak and the calamari steak for main dishes. Both great. Not too many places serve calamari, breaded and pan fried in butter. Just delicious. I would recommend Double D Steak to everyone. You will sure leave satisfied.

The food and staff were outstanding. I ordered a steak dinner. I got a small feast. Out first came the antipasto, ravioli, loaf of freshly baked bread, and a mug of lemonade. Next I got a bowl of vegetable beef soup and salad. The main course was a 16 oz. ribeye steak and a side of vegetables. The whole meal cost only forty bucks. This is a cool restaurant and it even has a bar. I’m coming back.

Hands down the best steakhouse in the area and reasonably priced. Employees were very welcoming and friendly. Ordered the Bacon Blue Steak minus the blue and it was amazing. Steak was full of flavor. Lots of food. There was a large party ahead of me but even as big as it was the wait for my meal wasn't bad. Will be stopping again if I come back on the area for work

We have found a new favorite place to eat . Fortuna is sitting on a Goldmine of eats here. The menu is large ,so many choices . Nicole our waitress was just such a delight . So informative , she had great suggestions . She took very good care of us at the table ! Thanks Nicole we will be back to see you too ! Double D’s is a small quaint little gem so be sure to make a reservation for dinner to secure your spot . Dinner fills up . Only 17 tables. You will not be hungry when you leave Double Ds , you may need a wheelbarrow to haul you out though ! We had antipasto plate, raviolis , salad and soup . Table bread is fresh and warm , all before you get your meal . I had the rib eye and it was one of the best I have had . Very good beef cooked to perfection (MR) . So tasty . This Bloody Mary was a challenge accepted for me . It is a meal in itself with a tasty drink too ! We shared the slider , potato wedges, ribs, wings, chicken tenders as out appetizer for our table . All so very yummy . I give Nicole and Double Ds a 10 out of 5 It’s double good ! Our complements to the Chef

We wanted to split a steak dinner and they offered for a few extra bucks we could get 2 of everything else so we each got our own soup, salad, potato and dessert. Such a nice offering. The steak was huge and delicious! Good old fashioned home style dining. Great place

I've driven by this place many times and finally got a chance to have dinner. I really liked all the complimentary appetizers they brought out, including a mini loaf of bread, ravioli, and a veggie and cheese plate! It's a nice value add, and they were all tasty. Their steak was on point, cooked correctly and not overdone. Drinks were reasonably priced, and the soup I had was great.
